Platform: Waiyv – owned and operated by Mechanic Mindset Ltd.

By accessing or using Waiyv, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use this service.

 

1. Account & Access

  • To access premium features, you must create an account and maintain an active subscription.
     

  • Current access is included for Mechanic Mindset Diagnostic Coach and Oscilloscope Masters members; however, this access may change in the future with prior notice.
     

 

2. Subscriptions and Billing

  • We offer both monthly and annual subscription plans.
     

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
     

  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund.
     

  • After the guarantee period, all payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
     

 

3. User-Uploaded Content

When you upload waveform files, images, or descriptions (“Content”) to Waiyv, you agree to the following:

  • You grant Mechanic Mindset Ltd full ownership and perpetual rights to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, or license this Content within or outside the Waiyv platform.
     

  • You confirm that the Content is your own work and not taken from other platforms, software, or copyrighted sources without permission.
     

  • We may moderate, remove, or reject any uploads that violate these terms or are deemed low quality or irrelevant.
     

 

4. Acceptable Use Policy

By using Waiyv, you agree not to:

  • Upload stolen, copied, or unlicensed content from other waveform libraries, training sites, or commercial oscilloscope tools.
     

  • Abuse download limits, attempt to scrape content, or bypass platform protections.
     

  • Post or share offensive, abusive, or misleading information in the community areas.
     

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the platform’s operation.
     

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal of your account.

 

5. Download Limits

To protect intellectual property and prevent misuse, we apply download limits based on your subscription plan. Excessive download activity may trigger review or restrictions.

 

6. Platform Changes

  • We reserve the right to change, suspend, or remove access to features or membership benefits at any time with reasonable notice.
     

  • This includes the possibility of separating Waiyv access from other Mechanic Mindset products in the future.
     

 

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or use the platform inappropriately. You may also cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

 

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Waiyv, including waveform files, educational materials, branding, and software, is owned or licensed by Mechanic Mindset Ltd.
     

  • Users may not copy, redistribute, or reproduce platform content outside the scope of personal, non-commercial use without permission.
     

 

9. Liability

Waiyv provides waveform files and educational material for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any specific repair outcome. Use of the content is at your own risk.

Mechanic Mindset Ltd is not liable for any damages resulting from:

  • Incorrect interpretation or use of waveform data.
     

  • Loss of business, time, or vehicle damage due to reliance on platform content.
     

 

10. Privacy

Use of Waiyv is subject to our [Privacy Policy], which explains how we collect and handle your data.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
